How do I find you at Geneva airport?

Our driver is waiting for you ½ left as you leave customs, at GREEN tea shop, TEKOE, in the Arrivals Hall Swiss side holding a Happybus sign. Your pick up time is scheduled 45 minutes after your flight has landed to allow baggage claim. Should you wish a shorter pick up time as only hand baggage, specify it when booking.

What happens if I have lost my luggage?

If you are delayed in finding your luggage call the office on day time or emergency number night time so we can inform the driver. Your airline has handling agents who can organise your luggage to be sent to your resort address. The driver will wait 1 hour free of charge. Additional hours will be charged CHF 75/hour.

You need it and its inexpensive but check the details and excess required



If your flight is delayed by more than three hours, cancelled or overbooked, you may be able to claim.

Compensation is £199 for inter-EU flights of 930 miles or less, £320 for flights between 930 and 1,860 miles and £480 for other journeys.

It applies to any flight leaving an EU airport and any flight into the EU on an EU-based airline.

Passengers can claim by telling the airline their flight number, names and reason for the delay. If rejected, the case can go to county court.

UK only  –  Flight-delayed.co.uk will pursue a claim for a fee of £14 or £20.50, and the Civil Aviation Authority’s website lets people download a standard letter that they can fill out and send to the airline.

How much luggage can I bring?

You can bring one normal size baggage and hand baggage. No extra cost for 1 pair of skis, snowboards, golf bag if pre-booked. See our Terms and Conditions.

What kind of vehicle is used for the transfers and tours?

We have various vehicles available and use them according to the number of passengers. All fully Swiss road compliant and two brand new Mercedes 4WD Vianos; new Mercedes saloon; Mercedes Sprinter x 16 seater; Mercedes x 30 setaer; new 13 seater Renault Master, just added to our fleet.

What insurance do you have?

Travel Insurance and ski insurance is cheap. If you have an issue on the slopes and are recovered by helicopter – IT IS NOT CHEAP + EURO10,000, possible. DO take it out.

How can I book a transfer?

Can I change my booking?

Yes you can by email up to 96 hours before transfer. Within 96 hours before transfer call our office exclusively. (Happybus will always do our best for you). Only the office is allowed to accept any changes. See our Terms and Conditions.

What happens on busy weekends and Bank holiday periods?

Journeys on these days and periods can be longer and we might ask you to be ready earlier. You would be advised by phone or sms if necessary.

How to get lost property back?

Call immediately our office or emergency phone (night time only). We will do our utmost to find and to deliver it to you. You may be charged by extra cost.
